Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the AdsDebugger Chrome Extension ("the Extension") operated by AdsDebugger ("us", "we", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the Extension.
2. License Grant
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Extension solely for your personal or professional purposes in accordance with these Terms.
3. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- Reverse Engineer: Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the Extension.
- Repackage: Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works or improvements, whether or not patentable, of the Extension for the purpose of republication or commercial resale.
- Malicious Use: Use the Extension for any purpose that is illegal, misleading, malicious, or violates the Terms of Service of the platforms being debugged (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Prebid).
4. Intellectual Property
The Extension, including all code, design, graphics, and proprietary logic (e.g., VMAP parsing algorithms, SRA decoding), is the intellectual property of AdsDebugger. It is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that the code is proprietary and confidential.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Extension is provided to you "AS IS" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that:
- The Extension will function without interruption or errors.
- The data provided (e.g., decoded ad parameters, auction data) is 100% accurate, as it depends on third-party APIs and browser behaviors.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AdsDebugger be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or ad revenue discrepancies) arising out of the use or inability to use the Extension.
7. Third-Party Services
The Extension interacts with third-party services (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Prebid.js, IAB TCF). We are not affiliated with these entities. Your use of those services is governed by their respective Terms of Service.
8. Updates and Changes
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. User Feedback and Submissions
If you send us ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or other feedback ("Feedback") regarding the Extension:
- You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, publish, and incorporate your Feedback into the Extension without any compensation to you.
- We are under no obligation to keep such Feedback confidential.
- You warrant that your Feedback does not violate the intellectual property rights of any third party.

We strive to provide support for the Extension but offer no guarantee on response times. Support is provided on a "best effort" basis. We reserve the right to stop providing support for older versions of the Extension.
